Zimbabwe : Hwange Walking Safari 5 days

A wonderful way to get closer to nature like never before!

Situated in the north-western part of the country is Zimbabwe’s largest national park.   Hwange’s greatest appeal is its unspoilt wildlife area that allows the visitor to view a great variety of animal species in splendid surroundings.  Here is one of the last great elephant sanctuaries in Africa and herds of elephant may be seen.  Other predominant species include lion, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, sable, white and black rhino, cheetah, wild dog and bat-eared fox.

The Itinerary:

Day 1:  Davison’s Camp, Linkwasha Concession, Hwange

Day 2:  Ngamo Pan, Linkwasha Concession

Day 3:  Ngamo Pan, Linkwasha Concession

Day 4:  Linkwasha Camp, Linkwasha Concession

Day 5:  Transfer to Linkwasha airstrip for onward arrangements

Each departure is guaranteed with a minimum of 2 confirmed guests and operates with a maximum of 7 guests per safari.  Children from the age of 13 up are welcome.  No triple rooms are accepted.  Luggage restricted to 44lbs packed in soft sided bags.

This safari includes:  accommodation on a per person sharing basis, all meals from Dinner on Day 1 to the end of the scheduled safari, a reasonable amount of soft drinks, mineral water, fruit juice, house wine and beer, as well as local spirits such as gin and Amarula, National Park fees, all airstrip road transfers and scheduled activities.

This safari excludes:  flights, visas, compulsory comprehensive insurance, all relevant entry and departure Government taxes, all personal purchases, laundry, gratuities, optional extra activities, pre and post safari tours, and all other travel arrangements.
